RUSH STRAPPING TOOL REPAIR

Priority service for when downtime isn’t an option.

Our Rush Tool Repair service moves qualifying tools to the front of the line, without sacrificing quality control.

Rush Labour Rate

$175 per tool (rush rate)

Rush repairs are billed at an increased rate from our regular labour rate. We charge one (1) labour unit on all tool repairs, so you get a clear, predictable labour cost.

What Qualifies as “Rush”

All rush repairs are subject to parts availability.

If parts are in stock: your tool is eligible for rush processing (subject to capacity).
If parts are not in stock: and the repair cannot be completed on a rush basis, we will not charge the Rush Rate.

Repair Approval Policy

To help customers avoid sinking too much into a tool that’s near end-of-life, we follow a simple approval threshold:

The 50% Rule (based on the value of a new equivalent tool):

If the repair total is 50% or less, we will move forward with the repair.
If the repair total is more than 50%, we will provide a quote on the next business day (excluding Fridays).

Friday note: Repair technician services are not available on Fridays. Tools received on Fridays will be queued for evaluation and processing on the next business day.

Rush Order Limit

To keep turnaround reliable and fair for all customers:

Maximum two (2) tools per Rush Repair order

How to Request Rush Service

When sending tools in or contacting us, clearly mark your request as:

“RUSH REPAIR”

Please Include the tool model(s) and any known issues. If possible, include a preferred contact for approvals.

TERMS SUMMARY

Rush service is prioritized based on parts availability and shop capacity.
If parts are not available and the repair cannot be rushed, rush fees will not apply.
Repairs exceeding the 50% threshold require customer approval via quote and will be issued by the next business day. If a rush repair was requested and approval is not provided promptly, the rush labour rate will apply.
If a tool is received by noon, a repair estimate or repair will be completed by 3pm next business day.
